4月樓宇買賣升8.5%

土地註冊處公布，上月樓宇買賣合約共7,229份，按月升8.5%，按年跌26.8%；合約總值501億元，按月升9.8%，按年跌40.3%。

 

其中，住宅樓宇買賣合約佔5,694份，按月升6.1%，按年跌33.4%；合約總值422億元，按月升8.7%，按年跌45.5%。

 

月內市民查冊368,426次，按月跌6.3%，按年也跌5.9%。
